Tony Gordon, breeder of the Belgian Malinois, has been training dogs for over 30 years. Tony has competed in various dogs sports on local, regional and national levels. As a counselor working with youth and adults, Tony has used his dogs in K-9 assisted therapy roles as well as producing some of the top Belgian Malinois Police K-9. Tony has been on the Orpah Winfrey show discussing K-9 behaviors and consulted with Animal Rights groups and shelters around the country on K-9 behavior and humane education.

Certified CGC evaluator Certified detection dog trainer, certified schutzhund helper, He was one of the writers of the animal cruelty and humane education act that passed in Washington D.C. and he published and produced the video puppy imprinting for pet protection and patrol.

Dr. Allyson J. Gordon, Dr. Allyson J. Harris is a 1985 graduate of University of Georgia with a Bachelors of Science degree. She obtained her doctor of veterinary medicine (DVM) degree from Tuskegee University School of Veterinary Medicine (TUSVM) in 1992. She completed a one year post graduate internship at TUSVM Teaching Hospital in 1993.

An Atlanta native, Dr. Harris moved to Chicago in June of 1993 for a position at a veterinary hospital in Bollingbrook, Illinois. Dr. Harris purchased and became the owner of Sweeney Animal Hospital March 1, 1995 becoming the 1st African American owner of the 60 year old south side practice. The hospital name was changed to Woodlawn Animal Hospital in 1995 in an effort to reflect the community in which the hospital is located. Woodlawn Animal Hospital has over 15 years of dedicated quality pet care.
